Refund Policy

Effective date: November 2025

This English version mirrors our official refund terms so you know exactly when a refund applies, the timeline for submitting a request, and how the review process works.

1. Refunds

Trackino issues refunds only in the following situations:

- The user is unable to use the platform because of a technical issue caused by Trackino.

- The delivered service does not match the fundamental description guaranteed by Trackino.

Refunds are not granted for: fully used months or billing periods, issues created by the user or their infrastructure, personal dislike of features after activation, or any fees charged by third parties (payment providers, banks, gateways).

2. Request Deadline

A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date or subscription activation.

3. Refund Process

Send your request to billing@trackino.com and include: company name, account email, invoice number (if available), and the reason for the request.

The Trackino team reviews each request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method.

4. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the remaining period. The user continues to have access until the paid term ends.

5. Policy Changes

Trackino may update this refund policy at any time. Any change will be published on this page with the new effective date.

Nothing in this document limits statutory rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws. If those laws grant you additional rights, they will prevail.
