1. Refunds
Trackino issues refunds only in the following situations:
- The user is unable to use the platform because of a technical issue caused by Trackino.
- The delivered service does not match the fundamental description guaranteed by Trackino.
Refunds are not granted for: fully used months or billing periods, issues created by the user or their infrastructure, personal dislike of features after activation, or any fees charged by third parties (payment providers, banks, gateways).
