Trackino deploys state-of-the-art digital security controls to safeguard every dataset processed through the platform.

Security mechanisms are continuously reviewed and upgraded so that customers benefit from the most advanced protections available.

The personal-data controller is the customer—namely the entity that activates Trackino’s services and processes employee, contractor, or third-party data through the platform.

Trackino serves as the personal-data processor, acting solely under the customer’s documented instructions while ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality.

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing: every operation performed on personal data, including storage, access, modification, structuring, analysis, and deletion.

System logs: automated records documenting use of the platform for security, traceability, and audit purposes.

Processing is lawful, fair, and transparent.

Data are collected for clear, legitimate purposes and limited to what is necessary for operating the platform.

High technical and organizational standards are applied at all times.

These principles derive from Article 4 of Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection, Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo / No. 6 / 25 February 2019, Prishtina.
